A few things could be causing this:

  1. The piece of artwork is marked "No" in the Marketplace Opt field of the inventory profile. If this is the case, change the field to "Yes" (screenshot below) or
  2. The 6-hour recompute phase is in effect

What is the 6-hour recompute phase?

artcloud bulk-updates the marketplace each day every 6 hours starting at 12 am EST. If your edits or additions to your profile do not show immediately, do know they will show soon!
