A few things could be causing this:
- The piece of artwork is marked "No" in the Marketplace Opt field of the inventory profile. If this is the case, change the field to "Yes" (screenshot below) or
- The 6-hour recompute phase is in effect
What is the 6-hour recompute phase?
artcloud bulk-updates the marketplace each day every 6 hours starting at 12 am EST. If your edits or additions to your profile do not show immediately, do know they will show soon!
